Heavy fault · 5 points
Your car is parked near a junction. A police officer in uniform tells you to move it because a tram cannot get past. What does the code require?
The answer
B — You must move it as soon as you are told
Why
Art. 4.4 makes every driver of a stationary or parked vehicle move it as soon as an authorised person tells them to. Refusing is a third-degree offence under art. 3, 2° of the 2005 decree.
Why not
- A Art. 4.4 does not depend on whether the parking was lawful. The order alone creates the duty.
- C The article asks for an order from an authorised person, not for a document.
- D The wording is 'as soon as', and refusing is a third-degree offence.

How this topic works in RoadReady
Every lesson in this topic is a short read built around the pictures the real questions use, and every practice question ends the same way as the one above: why the right answer is right, and why each other option is wrong. A mock exam draws on all of it, scored exactly like the real thing — 50 questions, 15 seconds each, five points for a heavy fault — and your readiness figure tells you honestly when this topic is done.
